Spun Honey

Spun honey, also known as Creamed Honey, Honey Fondant, Churned Honey, and Whipped Honey, is raw honey that has been taken at the point of crystalization and processed to a smooth, spreadable consistency. We do not use heat in our production preserving the full beneficial properties of raw honey. Spun honey is denser than regular honey and does not drip or run. It's a yummy treat on toast, biscuits, muffins, bagels or fresh rolls.
